The Margarita is one drink is made with thousands of variations. Try making it with any other citrus juice including Meyer Lemon, Tangerine, Grapefruit or a blend. Try other juices that are high in acid such as Pomegranate or even Blueberry.
Remove the sugar! Margarita purists will insist that a 'true' Margarita includes only juice and alcohol and that sugar should be avoided at all costs. If you are not sure how you like it try putting the Simple Syrup aside and tasting the mix straight as well as with different amounts of sugar.
