Candied Kielbasa
This is NOT a healthy food option but it is a big hit with both children and men!
Preheat over to 400.
1 Large Kielbasa or other Eastern European Sausage
3 TBSP Melted butter
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- Cut the sausage into bite sized chunks about 1/3" long.
- Toss together all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the sugar starts to caramelize. Be sure to turn the meat with a spatula so it does not burn on one side.
- Serve in a bowl with toothpicks for a yummy finger food.
